I am running 15inch intra's of the w124 type...if I recall they are 7J with 23 ET offset? I currently have 195/65/15 setup can I move to 205/60/15? Or some other size?

Got the tire size = 195/70/14? Can't figure the wheel width...J? Do I not need that info calculate...can't figure the chassis codes... W123....

Yes aware of that but get confused when it comes to the offset and inset...I believe the w123 came in 175/70/14 or was it 185/70/14 for the non power steering models...although can't confirm this as I have seen them on power steering models as well ...and I believe there were a 195's on 14's...

Been checking this type of custom build for a year now...saw a guy in scandinavia who built a set and boy do those :rock:...again as jay mentioned I might have to keep them as displays in my living room out here instead of mounting them...mouth watering stuff...i suppose jay found them a tad...

Well some local folks here claim they are not happy with Biltien's...as the ones supplied for w123 are stiff and don't match the factory comfort setup?....so advise me to stay away...I have installed sach's recently and the ride is not soft as before (old shock were 26 year old factory items so...

Hey folks does anyone have any experience with Sachs shock absorber/dampers? I just replaced my front suspension and was offered Sachs as an ideal replacement for my factory shocks....any ideas on these..they are made in Spain. Thx

195/65/15..which seems to be a size common to 15 inch setups....have you any experience with aftermarket tire set ups on w123's as I am due for a change and would sure like to get a low down on ride quality and suspension wear visa vi 14,15,16,17
