Oh well, I tried.

Looks like it was the oxygen sensor and the dpf hadn't done a re-gen, error code deleted dpf now down to 30% so all good............at the moment.

Agree, so many possibilities. It seems to smooth out after 60/65mph? very strange?

A 250 mile trip, with about 40 miles to go the engine light comes on :( 24 hours later it has gone off.......but now the car is not running right! it feels like it is holding back? a sort of spluttering? just had it serviced fuel filter as well. Any thoughts? will get it checked when I get home...

My 59 plate C250 estate fog lights. Just had a stone put a hole in one and was wondering if it is possible to change the fog lights out with the newer LED dal's? I have had a look through the forum, I see some people have used the round fog lights as a drl, but can't see this modification...

So I have have my first engine management light on. 2009 250 CDI estate. I have checked for the error codes P2454 and P2453 but I am unable to find the codes in the lists supplied on here? Am I look at a re-morgage for a fix? or can I still afford a pint tonight? Any help would be great :thumb:

I have a 2009 C250 estate with a manual gear box and do feel that 1st gear is very short even agricultural? what's peoples thoughts on this? is there anything that can be done to make it feel better?

Thank you guys. My car is the pre facelift 2009. I have my lights set to auto but don't believe I have drl's. I will give it a look in the new year.

I have a C250 CDI S204 and I was hoping to replace the fog lights with DRL's anyone know if this is possible :)

I am going to remove the chrome look trims at the bottom of my doors. Any advice/tips on the best method for removing the sticky gloooop? :D
