I had a the error and went down the road of changing the magnetic sensor at the end with the extra cable to stop the oil going down the wires. It did help but changing the lambda sensor did the trick for me in the end. ( front one ).

Just carried out a ( master reset ) on the car and it's now ok. The garage mech carried it out by disconnecting the earth and connecting the live to the body ?. Seemed to do the trick.
