morning... Whilst looking for my ML, I noticed that a lot had Chrome trim on the boot above the number plate and several had Chrome grilles.... Questions are: were the boot trims optional extras or are they just bling? if optional extras, where can I get the part other than an eBay stick...

evening all... i bought, what i found was (just about) the perfect ML270 yesterday, a couple of niggles that would get sorted but, after a sluggish motorway drive home, today, i had it on STAR diagnostics, and i was a bit gutted to find that it needed: air mass sensor kickdown switch glow plug...

evening folks! I've viewed 6 ML270s over the last few days, all 2004/2005 models, every one of the had rust of some description, 5 of them on the arches and the other had a couple of scabs on the door.... is this a known problem or am i looking in the wrong place? Where should i be looking for...
