They look like a + and - but look more like screws than buttons, am I missing something?

I'm not sure the charger requires the input power people are suggesting. I think if you use the 100v x 3.6a that gives 360w that is more like it. As the psu has an output of 230w that means only 130w is lost as heat vs ~500w of heat as suggested above. I would assume at 240v it doesn't draw...

This is good to know, the place that wanted to patch it said the fuel tank needed to be removed for the welding but from the impression I got i don't think they would have known about the fuel pipe

Hi Ashlee, Don't want to high jack the thread but what are your view on Pagid. They tend to be my default option. I have found them pretty good qualiy, the discs seem to be zinc coated and wear well. I don't tend to drive in a way that will induce brake fade so ultimate performed isn't a key...
