So do you prefer a less wordy ad stocho ? AT auto fills that for you so it can be difficult to remove - I would list most things like that because although it may be a given for the modern day Merc not all Merc buyers are familiar With them

The car is now re-available as it came off sale whilst I fixed a few things. The keyless entry stopped working so its just had a new drivers external door handle. I also had a problem with the roof getting stuck - the hinges on the cover got stuck but its all freed up, lubricated and working...

Thanks Paulontour - managed to change the handle without getting that bolt undone - and it's fixed the keyless entry - hooray !

Just getting around to trying to replace the handle but the bolt which holds the handle largely in place - the hex bolt which you find behind the trim- is absolutely rock solid and despite trying to soak it in wd40 and trying various hex tools it's now starting to round off - any tips for removal ?
