    C63 AMG - Eurocharged - Jerky

Your post was pointless IMHO. With the exception you were bored and wanted to complain at Eurocharged without even asking them first about your problem. Surely going to them first with the complaint rather than come here moaning would have been a better solution. Its to easy to do what you...

    211 E320CDI Mapped!

All manufacturers have horror stories with their products, MB are no different with the exception that they cost a lot more than most others do and still let you down the same way.

    MB accept S205 rejection

They have derogatory conversations about everything that's put in front of them, so don't feel "abused" too much. :)

    w203 injector question

No prob. But....... Make sure a new MB sealing washer (crush type) is fitted and the injector clamp bolt is replaced and fitted correctly. There's plenty of threads about replacing these parts and the method applied to getting it done right. :)

    Diesel engine reliability

Diesels need to be driven There's nothing worse than a nice CDI engine sitting on the drive doing under 5k a year pottering around the local area. They need a nice long run and used as they were intended. I have CDi engines I look after well into 300k @ 3-4 years old still going strong on...

Yup for me looks better with white walls and the center caps Just wish you would "pump it up" a little to stock ride height and grab a pic :thumb: I would need a gum shield in to drive that distance with those other rims on :)

CAT C write offs no more!

It was a rubbish system anyway bit pointless. The vehicles recorded anyway its up to the buyer as usual to do the checks and have the vehicle inspected. I never feel sorry for anyone who buys a car and then complains because they didn't do the checks necessary and think its up to someone else...

    Diesel engine reliability

Servicing of diesel engines or lack of it is the biggest contributor for failures. Remember most diesels are driven further for longer and harder than most petrol engines, when you consider all the white van man diesels and company vehicles that get absolutely thrashed and go past service...

    C220 CDI Fuel tank problems.

A weak HP pump can/will give the 1/2 tank indicated but no diesel to engine syndrome. I have also seen this at @ 1/4 tank as well due to HP pump fault. The venturi is too weak to move the fuel across the saddle tank system, one sides dry as a bone the other side full. The left tank stays full...
