I think it's ok provided a service is not showing as overdue at the point of return. Whenever I've had a 2 year agreement in the past, I get the car serviced a few weeks after 12 months but no more than a month to avoid the whole second service question at time of handing back.

The fuel thing was bugging me so I went and checked in a brochure. It says on the road costs include £50 (inc VAT) worth of fuel. Explains why mine only had 3/4 of a tank on collection.

I guess each to their own, but I personally don't expect to ask for things like this. Think it says more about dealers and their attitudes that they don't even give a low value item like a key ring. the items themselves don't bother but the dealers attitude does.

Just had an update on mine, the delivery to dealership has come forward by a couple of days to next Monday so I guess it hit the 17th March build slot on time. It's current location is Zeebrugge. I plan to collect w/c 9th April after I'm back from holiday. I think I can now start to get excited !!
