I'm collecting my first MB- A w219 CLS 320 on my 33rd Birthday this week.

The thing that's getting me is when I viewed it the Used MB dealer for some reason it was quite dirty and dusty and I'm curious to find out what it looks like all spruced up. Collection date happens to fall on my 33rd birthday- it's like being 7 years old again waiting for your birthday!

Not sure where I got S class from -apologies. I just picked up a CLS. It has AMG 19's so it's nice I can smooth the ride out. Airmatic is the item I am slightly concerned with repairs- I hear it can be costly. Ill see how it feels as standard and then consider the Brabus box later.

Developer215- just had a look at look at your S class- nice example. Great looking car. What's ur opinion on Airmatic? Do u change the settings often or mostly leave on comfort?

A further update- dealer called me back this morning. We were approx £750 apart on prices so went for a meet in the middle deal and I bought it. Screen price was 18k and got it for £17k- absolutely over the moon. I pushed for a tank a fuel but no luck got offered a set of floor mats instead. Ha...

Ok an update... Went to MB dealers today- found it was actually a used centre only so no mad rush with new Reg plates. Viewed the car, test drove it and all went well. All spec required except media interface which I can get retrofitted for £500 so was hoping to get discount to cover it...

Sounds like a good plan, I've definitely noticed the more interest you show in a car the less they offer. I've had some great deals offered unfortunately its been on models I've no intention of buying. No part ex so it limits one of the equations for negotiation.
