Hi Chaps, I have an A class that has a strange fault. Quite often when I'm stationary it will feel like the car is jumping in to gear for a millisecond. The first time it happened I thought someone had just slightly nudged me from the behind but it is a very small judder, sometimes it happens...

Hi my mothers CLK 240K W209 has some knocking coming from the rear of the car, she took it to Mercedes in Slough who diagnosed the fault as a Front O/S thurst arm and 2 x bushes which comes to £131.20+VAT then £375.10+VAT for the labour. My question is does this sound like the right diagnosis...

My brake pedal now travels far further than it used to and feels a bit spongy, it still brakes fine but doesn't feel right at all, I have changed lots of discs and pads on several different cars and never had a problem, can any one suggest what might be wrong, I have tried bleeding just in case...
