Completely disagree at least in terms of Brentford. They've done everything both on my A45 and C63 and never one single issue and they've taken my car in straight away without any questions. I've had a turbo change, rear bumper fixed and a lot of other things and never anything negative.

As they are/were operating under the EC name i would presume they would be very interested in not having their name dragged through the mud.

MB has confirmed thermostat needs replacing

So have the EML on now so car booked in. I have used an OBD tool and throws up a P0597 code seemingly thermostat issue not sure if anyone could give son advice on this ?

Not sure this has been covered but strangely the radiator fan in my C63 (W204) now where the weather has turned cold (only in this cold weather) kicks in 1-2 minutes into the drive and then comes off again after 5ish minutes. Seems very good and would be good with some advice / experience on...

Sounds surprising to me and seen a lot of threads relating to issues on the M156 but nothing mentioning the above. The M156 seems to be an almost trouble free engine with the adjuster / lifter issue being the most common at least as fare as I understand.
