Depends what you want. If you're after the shiniest finish, go for solid. If you prefer sparkly, Obsidian. All black cars show the dirt dreadfully. But when they're clean they're tremendous!

The detailer I use here in darkest Norfolk is a Chipex "authorised applicator." He used Chipex to repair some chips on the door edges. The paint match was perfect and the repair is invisible (which I didn't believe possible).

I'm amazed no-one has mentioned Bilt Hamber Auto-Wheel. Spray it (generously) on a dry wheel, allow to dwell for five minutes, hose off. It really really works.
