    C63 Amg estate/saloon/coupe

I was just wondering if someone was to buy a pp+ vehicle and at a later date, rather than pay so much for the composite discs and pads would it be possible to just buy standard discs and pads

    C63 Amg estate/saloon/coupe

Also if the car has pp plus with the red calipers and composite discs. Can you change the composite discs for standard discs and will standard pads fit, keeping the red calipers. It may sound a daft question to some, but I dont know the answer so i might as well ask. Cheers

    C63 Amg estate/saloon/coupe

Is there any difference in the cars handling characteristics between the estate, saloon, coupe? I dont mean on the track, but on everyday roads from twist and turn roads etc. If memory serves me correct, in the dark old days an estate did not handle as well as saloons. Has this now changed...

    Am I missing something here

That makes sense, looks like the owner has only done a couple of thousand miles and is now taking a big loss. The only thing that confused the issue for me was that the seller stated that it was one owner, hence why it then would have been bought direct from MB.

    Am I missing something here

Mercedes-Benz C Class C63 5dr Auto 6.2 On the info it is showing that it is a private sale, one owner and has 8300 on the clock for £36500, but when I started to google found the same car, same registration, less mileage for sale at FoxMeister Classic and Sports cars for sale at £43995...

    149 MPH - 6 month ban

Isn't it nice that we all now have the luxury of freedom of speech:rolleyes: Were very fortunate that Germany didn't win the war, but I guess we can thank our grandparents for that:bannana:

    149 MPH - 6 month ban

Doesn't matter how you flower it. The maximum speed limit in the UK is 70mph:doh: You drive over that speed and get caught "tough sh*t".:wallbash: SPEED does kill, along with other contributory factors. Ive seen many mangled wrecks, with occupants just as mangled and it's not a pretty sight.

    149 MPH - 6 month ban

The maximum you are allowed to drive on a motorway is 70mph. If you exceed that speed you run the risk of being prosecuted end of. If you want to drive at silly speeds then go over to Germany.

    CLS63 AMG 2008 vs E60 M5 2008

Yes ive read quite a bit about the love/hate relationships with the smg gearbox, on the flip side very little negatives on the AMG

    CLS63 AMG 2008 vs E60 M5 2008

Like the comments guys:thumb:, ive been reading quite a bit about the two vehicles. What strikes me is the amount of negative comments about the beemers "smg box", and how lifting the pedal accelerators prior to "flicking" paddle shift helps reduce the car from jerking, But on the AMG there...

    CLS63 AMG 2008 vs E60 M5 2008

I know there's a good chance in this topic having been done to death, but I thought I'd resurrect it to see what the current members views are on both cars. From performance, ownership, maintanence, reliabilty, prefference. Anything really. I think it would be interesting reading.:thumb: If...

Rear Facing Speed Cameras in Police Cars?

Why did the speed of the police car increase above the speed limit. They have a duty as well to adhere to speed limits especially when only patroling
