Apparently garage said theres an oil cooler located lower front of engine, which is water cooled. they said its leaking from there as there is also oil leakage! hard to get replacement and may have to take out engine to get to it!! what you guys think?

Hi i get this message so top up with water. probably a litre or so! 24 hours later same situation! so its losing plenty of coolant but nothing dripping out! its not overheating and runs fine. I do a few hundred miles per day. Its a W212 E250 cdi 2010 sport. Any Advice welcome :)
