Its exactly that, the very last movement as the lid thing closes. it sounds like it son the near sdie too. I opened and stopped the roof at its various stages today and its as clean as a whistle in there and appears to have fresh, clean grease on the latches.

Suspension? It sjust passed its mot so woiuld have expected them to have picked that up? Or is there a spring on the roof mechanism somewhere?
