230t

I've been looking on the interweb for some parts for my 230TE....can anyone tell me the difference between a 230T and a 230TE. I've never heard of a 230T, so can someone please educate me?

Might sound like a daft question but can anyone tell what shade of silver this is? or tell me where I can check it ? Ideally I'm after the factory paint code/description... is it located anywhere on the car? 230T Cheers, Blondebier
