Sorry to keep banging on about this, but I'm looking for a way to adjust my '98 E55's xenon headlamps for continental use. I don't really like stick-on devices.
I found an old thread with a response from a member with the user name "Television", now banned, which offered to send the...
The online interactive manual shows a manual lever in the light housing to switch over for driving in Europe - seems like an excellent idea. I just had a look and cannot see this. The main dealer said it is only for Xenon, but those would have a setting in Comand as far as I am aware and the...
Hi all
I have been reading up on the Bowden cable adjustment and I decided to have a look at the one on my 1990 190 (2.0 ) and noticed that there was a long length of cable going from the front of the adjuster ( could nearly be measured with a ruler ) to the ball.
I adjusted it so that...

My A160 tailgate has suffered from sundry rattles that I have been sorting.
All that remains is the adjustment of the catch.
According to WIS the dimension "A" should be 24-26mm.
My car's catch does not look like the WIS image and the equivalent dimension is 40mm.

Thanks in advance.

Hi.
Is it possible to adjust the height of the brake pedal?
On my W204 I find that the brake pedal is too high and would be more comfortable if it was just a little lower

Folks, I know that the Xenons are auto height adjust (I presume those purple vacuum lines runing into the units, and no adjuster on the dash), but my ligts are just too damn low. They are nice and bright, but stop in the road too short a distance in front of me. I parked up close to a wall...
