Fitted better seats in C220 CDi (W204) getting message on dash: FL/FR malfunction, visit workshop and the airbag light is flashing, all electrics connected, any ideas?.....:confused:

W210 Facelift black leather steering wheel and airbag. Wheel is in excellent condition as is the airbag. came from a car that had only done 70k miles. There is some peeling of the top coating that is used on the control buttons which does come off if you want to spend some time cleaning them...

I will need an MOT on my 210 by the end of February. When I bought it the SRS light would stay on and I was going to sort it, but when Olly replaced my evaporator, which if the photos are to be believed, resulted in the steering wheel coming off, the SRS light extinguished itself correctly...

Hi there looking at the possibility of getting a wood/leather steering wheel however dont want one of the Taiwanese ones of ebay, id prefer an original second hand one if poss how rare are they and what should i pay for one???? cheers Michael

the airbag light is on all the time on my year 2000 e320 cdi i am told it is the sensor under neath the passenger seat what does it do and can it just be bypassed and the airbags still work i have got the mot next week it will fail with the light on
