Is the passenger airbag cover and the airbag itself the same part? The cover on my 140 has a bit of a nick in it, and I wouldn't mind having it replaced, as long as it doesnt cost the earth! Thanks!

Got a 1999, C250TD. Manual mentions that a MB baby seat will automatically disable the passenger side airbag but no mention of disabling it yourself. Anybody know if this is possible ?
