airfilter

As the title says does anyone have the item i have circled in the pic lying around the engine is an M115 carb model and i need the piece shown it clips into the rest of the filter housing if anyone has one or the while filter please let me know.

Hi Guys I am the proud owner of 2006 E 280 CDI and the Engine Airfilter needs to be replaced illuminated on the dash. I have replaced both Airfilters but the message still illuminates after approx 5 mins. Do I need to reset with a computer or can it be reset manually ?????? Really appreciate...

What is this metal mesh ontop on the airfilter housing? Is it to make the filter sit snug and tight inside the airfilter housing next to the engine? MAHLE partsnumber is # LX 536 thanks.
