    vito error code 2136 &2051

    Hi ive plugged my vito 111cdi (w639) which wont start into a snapon diagnostic kit and it has come up with the following codes 2136-cylinder 4 short circuit, glow plug 2051 - rail pressure exceeded can anyone please help with the cause and whats needed to fix it, id be more than grateful...
