im changing atf on my c 270 cdi 2001 w203 81k tomorrow evening(fri 16th) my mb deeler jct600 in Sheffield dose not sell them any more. I have got the atf,sump gasket&filter from mb.On inspection the auto box has no leeks.I have seen the threds of how to make your own,any advice will be appriceated

I think i will change the autobox fluid on both my W124 300D's. One has a 722415 box and the other a 722435. What grade of ATF do i need. I have some Dexron II but i think i will need something a little better. Cheers Ian
