Can MB provide a certificate of authenticity or similar giving the production date and specification of a car when vin number provided?

The alloys that i mentioned before that i wanted to get (ones normally found on C43's 17", or E55's 18"), are the genuine ones are always with wider rear wheels? cuz there are some people on ebay selling the alloys i want, but they claim to have the same wheel size on all four... i thought the...
