As per my earlier thread I can't fit my MB bike racks to my MB roof rack bars. If anyone out there has any combination of MB roof bars/boxes/bike carriers I'd appreciate it if you could measure the fittings on what you have to see if it's possible to shed some more light before I schlep off...

hi all - do you know if there are original mb roof bars i can buy for my 2001 avantgarde estate ? and where i can get them from ? i prefer the mb option as they will be the right length - the thurle ones suit all and therfore part of the bar overhangs the roof - looks untidy . thanks...
