looking at a MB set of second hand roof bars for my E class estate (210). found a set, but they do not appear to have the rubber/plastic insert strip in the top slot. anyone know if you can get these separate from a dealer, and if so, roughly how much? many thanks Simon

How many MB cycle carriers can you fit onto standard MB roof bars? Picture in the instructions suggests four, as does MB accessories catalogue, but I'm stuck at 3...:wallbash:

Gents, I've just purchased an Eibach front and rear antiroll bar kit for my CLK(w209) and i'm looking for someone to fit them for me. I'm in Basingstoke Hampshire.

Does anyone know whether a CLS can be fitted with a tow bar (I think the answer is a no) or else can roof bars plus box be fitted? Thank you

The lacquer on the roof of my car is peeling - been like it for years and years - it had a minor repair to the roof following an argument with a car park barrier and the new lacquer is not 100%. I am thinking about getting the roof painted again - obviously it would be better to remove the bars...

Original pair of roof bars for a W124CE for sale, with key (so lockable). These fit into the special slots on the roof rails and are a really easy to take on and off. These are no longer available through Mercedes so probably quite sought after. I'm looking to cover the costs of buying...

I have a set of original aerodynamic roof bars for my W203. The question is what is the correct fixing for a roof box? There would appear to be a upside down T section that is 22mm wide at the bottom are there special fixings and if so any idea of part numbers or what they are called.

Now the E class is going :mad: I am selling the roof bars I use on it. They are the Thule crossbars which are lockable and easy to fit. Used twice. Cost me about 85 quid as I recall. Yours for £30 collected (Jnc 11 of M42)
