    Bellhousing oily (w210)

    The bottom of my w210's bellhousing has a wet/oily patch (oil not atf). Is this something to worry about or a case of they all do that? thanks

    Oil Leak at Bellhousing

    I appear to have an oil leak on my 2000 E430. It looks like it's coming from the bellhousing, and is brown oil and not red ATF fluid. The common electrical plug looks dry. I'm getting a couple or three drips every couple of days. So, I reckon it's the rear main seal on the crank. I have...

    auto box bellhousing swap

    i need some help. anyone on here removed a bellhousing off of a 7226 auto box? i've got a replacement one for my c230 which is well on its way out, but the bellhousing has a chunk outa it :mad: how hard is it to swap em around? theres shed loadsa bolts holding em together:confused:
