bent

hi i drove over what looks like a tree root or stone yesterday by mistake that was sticking out at the side of the road.... it has bent the alloy up so about 4 inches along the rim. is there any way this can be repaired and used as the spare alloy? or is this alloy just dead now?

Was'nt a huge collison but it seems to have bent my grille slightly and forced the bonnet up about an inch or so. No damage to paintwork.... Can this sort of thing be 'straightened' or are we looking at new bonnet ?

A crow flew into my electric retracting aerial on my 1980 W123 200 and bent it. Can anyone advise where I should get another? (aerial, not crow). I would like to replace the mast only, because fitting a new unit looks v hard.
