    A bit left over!!

Does anyone know what the part in these photos is? I found it rattling aorund under the passenger seat. It is part number 1246840318. Sorry the pics are a bit under exposed. Not sure if it is relevent but I found it shortly after I had the alarm replaced, probably a coincidence.

2 Litre CDi Diesel Help - A wee bit urgent

Hi, I wonder if anyone could do me a massive favour and tell me if a 2 litre diesel in my B180 CDi should rock back and forth like a cradle when idling. The reason it's a wee bit urgent is that the car is currently with the dealer (non Mercedes) after I threatened to reject it because of a...

Locking and unlocking with IR remote a bit hit and miss

sometimes it takes 3 or 4 presses of the key to either unlock or lock the car with the IR remote, do you need to be fairly acurate where you point the key or is it an indication that the batteries are getting low? If I hold the button down on the key I can see the red light come on

Hi, does anyone out there have a 124 series they are breaking? I need the plastic cover that goes behind the battery and protects the 'brains' of the car from water. I am sure that all 124's have the same bit of plastic, it is not model specific, though for info mine is a 220 estate...

W124 Headlights a bit dim - recommendations for bulb upgrade

I tried not to be lazy, but my search for bulbs yielded too much data. My W124 headlamps are fine, but they aren't that potent and I wondered if people had a recommended bulb upgrade (not HID for obvious reasons) which would cast a bit more light. TIA
