blowing

Hi all, just wondered if anyone has encountered this problem. The fuse numbered 3 on my W124 E300D keeps blowing. I relates to the right rearlight and instrument cluster amongst other things. I have done the obvious checks and changed tail light bulb. Any clues? Steve

The horn wiring at the steering wheel as a live feed therefore when the horn pad is pushed there is a short curcuit! Does anyone know if there should be a live to the horn push as most other models are usually switched on the earth side of the horns?
