Any tips and advice and things to look out for when buying an E350 coupe blue efficiency thanks!

I have recently part exchanged my car and when I took it into the trader I took and have posted to the dvla the old blue v5 by accident, just realised as I found the new red one when sorting out! Does anyone know if it will be ok or not? I sent it off at the same time as my tax refund too...
