    AMG W126 C126 Burled Walnut Door Trim

    AMG offered an extra door trim package back in the day for the C126 380 420 500 560 SEC. These trim pieces are found only on the most highly optioned pre-merger AMG coupes. I managed to score a set of originals from my donor AMG but they were battered and weathered and not worth restoring...

    just been to see a French polisher to try to get my centre console restored, and may be a new layer of lacquer. And to my surprise the guy said that according to him it was not wood but plastic !!!!:eek: Do you think this is true or do you know any better ??
