    c220cd1 2004 high rev problems

    hi,whist driving about 50mph the accelerator stuck open at full throttle and only ceased when i removed the battery,the pedal was not stuck or restricted,it recently had a new turbo due to previous owner filling with too much oil,it has manual gearbox,any help...
