When my CLK 350 is parked outside in heavy rain it gets a build-up of, at least, a good tablespoon full of rain water "somewhere" in the front area (bow) of the soft top roof.
This does not drip into the car whilst it is stationery, but shows itself as a good deluge of water onto my passenger's...
While lowering the roof on Monday it stopped halfway and the hatch refused to open. Had it diagnosed as the Bow Up/Down limiter switch knackered. It appears to be the plastic slide for the switch which has broken. Any one have experience of how to change this switch?

Hi,
trying to identify the hinge pin that holds the plastic cover that the roof sits in when open.
When i pushed the cover in to the boot to get a bit more boot space the pin thing broke.
I don't want to go to my local Mb dealer as they are completely useless
Any help greatly appreciated
I had to hit the brakes on a speed bump which sent the rear headrests shooting up to fully extended. A safety feature, I think. The button is just clicking and when I try to take the roof off the computer says visit workshop. Any suggestion on lowering would really be appreciated. Thanks

The engine has been feeling a bit down on power, eg struggling on long uphill...
