So..after visiting Olly this week, he reckons my tappety noise from the engine is, in fact caused by worn camshafts. :( I'm looking at around £1500 to redo that which is out of my price range totally. So I was chatting to my dad about it and we both quite fancy having a go at doing it...

Does any body no if what the alignment markings look like for setting the chamshafts up after taking them of. Mercedes say there is a groove in them that line up with the head, but theres no grooves on mine. please help!:confused:
