I was looking at the list of factory fitted options on my 2008 CLS63 and one of them is Option 486 AMG performance sports suspension. If that is an option, can anyone tell me what is the standard suspension setup on the 63 and what are the differences between them?

I have a 2008 CLS63 with 19" wheels. The rears are 285 30 R19Y and each time I search for online it suggests 35 profile not 30. Am I running something non standard? I have been trying to get a new Pirelli P Zero Rosso to match the other (which is virtually new so I dont want to buy a pair)...
