Has anyone got a C class with a golve box cd changer and can change cds from the steering controls. I have some replies to say that I will have to go to Mercedes to have my cd changer activated and then I will be able to change cds. Is this correct?

Does anyone have a cd changer in their C class W203 and can you change cd's from the steering controls? ie can you choose cd 1-6 from the steering controls.

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the heating control unit, one with the two round knobs in the dash, to a digital dispaly one that is available on some E classes? Any pointers on how to remove etc?

Would anyone know: is it possible to override the rear temperature controls from the front, with luxury climate on a W211? Would be a bit of a pain to have the kids fiddling around turning them up to 11, etc :)

My car is a 1997 C200 Elegance. Although all the heater controls work perfectly, they are not illuminated when the lights are switched on. The instrument cluster illuminates correctly. All fuses in the engine compartment seem to be intact so where else should I be looking? Also, do all the...
