Promised to clean our cooker oven, trouble is I've never done one before and have heard that a lot of the stuff available for the job isn't up to much. Has anyone got any advice/ recommendations on good cleaning products. Thanks.

We have no gas supply to our village, and we cook by electric, would it be possible to run a gas cooker from bottled gas, having the bottle outside, obviously.:confused:

Yes, I know, but let's get it out of the way... The good lady has bought a basic cooker hood. It can be wired into a 13amp plug according to the instructions - and it's only 50Watts, so not especially powerful. The cable only has a live and neutral...why doesn't it have an earth? A DIY forum...

Gas hob, electric oven, free standing dark green cooker. This was purchased about 5yrs ago, used for 2mths then put into storage. We're moving house again and won't use it there either so it's free to anyone to collect from Bolton.
