I am considering buying one to keep at home... anyone can advise? Automatic or Semi-Automatic? What brand and where to buy? Etc... Anything else I need to know? Also, how long do they last? Do they 'expire'? If so then do you need to buy a new one when the old defibrillator expires, or just...
