demist or heating

Wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction, i have a C43 and have found the Heating/Demisting is starting to be intermitent. Some times it works other times the Digital display shows its working but no air comes out to the Screen/Floor/Airvents where ever its directed too. Fan doesnt...
