For reference at today's exchange rates:
Irish price: €117,000. Equivalent in US$ = $174,330
UK price: ~£60,000 (I think). Equivalent in US$ = $119,217...

OK, not the best car in the World and probably clocked but still cheap.
Can't of cost the dealer concerned much more than £1300 or he wouldn't have accepted the sale offer.Cars like this sell for much more...
Just got back from the Top Car auction at Blackbushe, as I had a client who wanted to buy a Range Rover.
Whilst waiting for the chosen Range Rover to come through I had a look at the 8 different CL's for sale.......7x500's and one 600......ages starting from W reg through to 52's.
I have spent the last couple of weeks on this forum reading of members:
- innocently getting crashed into then attacked with a crowbar by the perpetrator;
- having their cars smashed/slashed/bashed and in the course of defending their property have been attacked to the point of attempted...
So, last week I was in costco, debating whether to put new tyres on my existing wheels or buy some new alloys. Offer (20% off a set of 4 michelins, as mentioned on here) was valid until Sunday, but decided against as we figured we'll get some new wheels with new tyres at some point soon...
