I've got a dialer that has installed itself on my computer that I can't get rid of. Norton anti-virus can identify it - prvdi.exe, is the system file, Dialer.WSV the threat - but can't delete or quarantine it. I've tried to delete it manually, but always get an error message 'Access denied...
