dinks

I have a few annoying small scratches and car park dinks on my ML. Ideally, I'd like to find a a bodyshop nearby (SE London/Kent) that I can take to without being ripped off or messed about - ensuring repeat business. ..or shall I risk the Halfords service? Anyone tried them?

Had these when bought the car. Starting to niggle slightly now. One has had touch up added to it so not sure what can be done. Can these be 'popped out' do you think. Short of full repair and respray any suggestions?
