    Can they do this at their discretion?

    I sent it for MOT as it a Merc there is no way to tap the 2500rpm from the engine, he skipped as not checked and pass the exhaust emission tests.:eek: He did try to tap the rpm from the cigar lighter 12volt socket but it appears jittery and not accurate he abandoned it. Moreover he didn't...
