    Star Diagnostic - Where doles it plug into the vehicle?

    Does the dealer use the OBD-II port? I am having issues with the OBD_II port on my car. The reader I bought cannot connect to the ECU. I tried about 6 months ago and couldn't get a reader to connect then, so went to the dealer to and they were able to pull the codes for me using the tools...
