Drowned S202 runs again - but it's a bit rough
Hello, So I managed to drive my 2000 C200K into quite a lot of water two weeks ago, but after much dismantling and cleaning, it runs. And drives - the gearbox shift module and TCM units seem to have survived. So far... But it sounds like it's missing on a cylinder - it idles like a V8, and...- dpmstevens

Have I drowned it?
W209 CLK 270CDi.. ok...so I drove through a bit of a flood that was deeper than I thought and ground to a halt. Eventually it restarted and I drove away, seemingly ok. I fully understand how an engine can be killed by ingesting water. Yesterday and this morning I thought it was slightly rough... -
