w203 help with ECU/Mileage issue

Just bought a w203 a few days ago and looks like I got a bad buy. Some error codes were showing up so I borrowed a Star machine and hooked it up. Looks like the cars ECU has been changed including the ignition and the key as the ECU chassis number is different then the cars chassis number...
