Whilst browsing cars at a local dealer I spotted this SL with a new style bonnet emblem. It's very tactile

As per title... anyone know how it is removed - as mine is completely silver and I wish to fit a replacement.... TIA

eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace I'm after that sleeker look with a flat emblem rather than the star. Is this the one that I want? Is it really as simple as it sounds? (I'll keep the star in case of eventual resale).

I have a new and unused Brabus bonnet emblem available. Comes with backing plate (white part in photo). The feint arc at the top left edge of the B in the photo is a reflection and not actually on the emblem. £20 inc p&p. (to mainland UK)

I need to get hold of a replacement MB star sports grille emblem for my W211. Apparently, MB only offer an entire grille replacement for £150 + VAT. I've tried eBay and gone through the online scrappies but to no avail. Any ideas?

Hallo. I'm tempted to swap my W203 Silver Grill to the W203 Coupe/CLK Star type grill and have a flat bonnet emblem. I've had a quick look for original MB parts but could only find a few after market ones - the star in the grill looked too big... Any ideas where would have these in stock?
