my vito gearbox is not 100% smooth when changing gears, and i have been told that the "plastic part" mentioned in the following paragraph could possibly help. Can anyone tell me please what it is called or even part number?????. Do not bother with the cables yet as i had all that changed...

Mercedes vito 113 t reg 1999 petrol I have a gearbox oil leak from the thrust bearings I think it's making the gearbox a bit stiff with no play what should I do it still drives there's a occasional noise from the bearings when driven but when I press the clutch down it disappears Please help
