Here is a sneak peak at the new headrest monitors I installed. These are from the current model ML class vehicle. These are actually mounted to the top of the seat frame and not touching the headrest. The screen articulates as well. Separate power, volume and contrast controls on each screen...

The headrest on my CLK (W209 I think) goes up & down correctly when you use the switch, Trouble is it does not go down far enough. If I tilt the seat forward it goes down to the bottom, so there is no physical barrier to the headrest and the switch operates it fine. Probably just needs a reset...

how do you get the rear headrests out? i followed the haynes instructions but no joy no matter how much i moved the 'little black clips' please help before i take an angle grinder to them!!!

The headrest adjustment on my 2000 55AMG CLK doesn't work on the drivers side. Everything else on the seat works fine so i'm assuming no power problems. The easy exit function is not working as well, but I assume this is due to the headrest not lowering. Where to start?

I have just bought 2001 c class coupe evo pan. The passenger headrest does not retract when the seat is tilted forward therefor catching the head lining. Can someone tell me where to locate the switch / sensor. :crazy:

I wanna get rid of the blummin' midbasses that are behind the headrests of my W202, but they seem to be stuck down with some sort of platic glue thing. How do I get to them so I can take em out and allow my sub to breathe? (I figured this was an interior job rather than electronics.)
