Just bought a 2002 C270 elegance, fantastic car, but the footwell heater flaps don't work. Everything else does, and when I start the reset sequence, all flaps including the footwell operate. The reset sequence doesn't stop until I key off, just keeps going. Anybody any ideas?

i have a cl500 2001 the heater is blowing nice and hard on high but there is no heat coming out from vents and if you put it on cold nothing comes out of vents but you can here it blowing any help please
